After that awful meeting on June 23rd, I was pleased to read this OpEd from Amy Odom, one of the trustees. If you listen to the recording of the meeting, you'll hear her at the end declaring loudly that she doesn't agree with the Augustine-Berman Report and how this was handled. She goes into more detail here.

I commend Ms. Odom for her bravery to stand up, when the rest of the room sat in complicit silence. I don't think I'll ever understand how anyone could have sat through that meeting and not believed that the staff at Village Hall is harassed -- since those in power felt they could harass them publicly in a board meeting.

ABOUT ME >

On May 4, 2020, the news published video of a disturbing altercation in front of Village Hall. Appalled and outraged, I decided I needed to learn what happened. From this beginning, I built this to be able to share the truth behind the allegations, to sort fact from fiction, and ultimately shine the light into the inner workings of village politics.
